The latest issue of @bjp1854 has an article Taking A Stanza, which discusses the renewed popularity of poetry paired with photography. In particular David Soloโ€™s (who co-curated Photo Poetry Surfaces at the 2021 Bristol Photo Festival) statement that, โ€œthese collaborations work best when the poetry is not a caption and the photography is not an illustration, but rather both raise questions,โ€ really struck a chord.
